I have a msi trident pc.I have been using it for sometime now,and I am looking to upgrade for cooling.And I know it's a small case.But can I put in some additional fans?Is it possible?

Doesn't seem to be possible.

You could get a new pc case though. And transfer components to it.

If you get a new pc case, then sure.
Current case is very restrictive in compatible cpu coolers.
