Question How to read MSI's EZ debug LED

Hello, I will post the long explanation with my system specs and everything, but the short question is how tf do you read MSI's ez system debug LEDs? The instruction manual is ikea-style oversize images of how to install everything so it is no help.

The current behavior is I hit the power button, the CPU LED lights up for less than a second, then shuts off, then immediately the DRAM LED lights up and remains lit for a few seconds while the fan runs, then soon the DRAM LED shuts off while fans continue to run. Then since I never see anything on my display I hold the power button to shut everything off and the CPU LED blinks for a fraction of a second as everything shuts down. So what does that mean? Bad ram? Bad CPU? Bad GPU? The instruction manual is no help and every Google search for a how to read the LEDs turns up nothing.

I will add that I've tried every single RAM stick in every single RAM slot to no avail
