Every once in a while my screens will blank out on me. I would like to do a restart using the keyboard instead of a hard restart or reset. I thought like CTL-ALT-DEL twice would do it, but that didn' t work in Win 7. I'm sure someone knows an easy way to do a controlled restart.

Solution
Press the Windows Key. Release it. Press the Right Arrow key twice. Press the Up Arrow key. Hit Enter!

Also can do Windows - Right - Right - Up - R
