i have a Windows 10 drive from another PC ( Disk 1, E: ) that only has its Windows files (like the main partition, see pic below) but its original EFI and recovery partition is in another ssd that we can't find.

how can i rebuild this (Disk 1, E: ) windows instance so that we can use it again? (Like operate on the same windows that is on this drive, just so we can access locations of its files. I know we can just browse all the folders and extract but that takes way too much time as we don't remember where our files are)

things ive tried:
installation media, rebuildbcd etc /fixboot etc, dism, sfc, create new efi, startup repair
havent tried: creating recovery partition on same drive, manual replacement of corrupted files

For that, i present you stellar software, that makes locating all the personal data within given drive, fast and easy;
WinDirStat, link: https://windirstat.net/

I've used said software for data recovery for other people and also to see what files are hogging my drives space.
Once the program loads and finds all the files on the drive, on the bottom of it, the colorful cells, show what file type and size the files are. When you hover over those colorful cells/boxes, it shows the full file path at the bottom edge of the program window, just below the colorful cells.

With WinDirStat, you can recover (locate) all your personal files and copy/paste them over. Once you've done that, format the drive and make a clean Win installation, since like Lutfij above said, you can not repair corrupt OS. All you can do, is recover the personal files on it, given that the files themselves aren't corrupt either.
