How to record audio from chrome?

Don't know if this is the right place to put this, but oh well...

So i need to record something to sample for a song and cant seem to find anyway of actually recording the output from chrome . I've downloaded audacity but cant find where to change the recording input... If anyone knows how to find a way to do this it would help massively.
