[SOLVED] How to record gameplay at custom framerates

I've tried every available software for recording gameplay on 75hz but the limit to the recording is 60hz and does not exceed it. So a 75hz gameplay recording giving a 60hz output makes the video quite stuttery. I wanted to ask which software or any capture card will allow me to record at custom framerates such as a 75hz. Thanks in advance

Solution
well 60 frames per second in video should be silky smooth no matter monitor refresh rate (as long its 60+)
if that video is stuttering than u have another issue
slow harddrive, not enough cpu/gpu resources, not enough bandwith if u stream

Yeah, cause I've seen almost every 144hz youtuber saying they record with shadow play and the video looks well. Any issue in particular? The game I play doesn't have any fps drops nor the the CPU or GPU usage goes over 50%
