how to record panasonic camcorder video on pc live

i have dell inspiron 15R i3 processor model.i purchased panasonic hc v785 camcorder which both option to connect with pc by HDMI cable and wifi but still it does not get connected . what to do

Your Dell Inspiron laptop does not have an HDMI input. It has an HDMI output only. To capture video with HDMI you would need a capture device. They are around $150 ...

WIFI connectivity would depend on the software you are using supporting an IP camera.

Have you turned on and set-up the wi-fi function of the camcorder? If yes, did you go to the wi-fi settings of your computer and search for the camcorder's SSID? For instructions on using wi-fi refer to page 127 of the user manual. Sir can u tell me specific capture card bcoz in india 150dollar is atleast 12 grand rs so its huge amount for me.
Can u tell me cheaper capture card details along with fire wire. I searched some devices on amazon but there is no option to post the sceenshot or image here
