My notebook BIOS does not recognize its hard drive. How to recover stored data from the damaged hard disk?

you could try putting the drive in another computer to see if its detected. it must be detected by the bios to try to recover any data from it. If the drive itself has failed you could pay a professional to see if they can extract the data from it. it may require replacing the motor or circuit board.
