I have an Asus 510 Vivobook laptop. It had Windows 10 preinstalled on the computer when I purchased it. I do not have the original Windows10 software. The old harddrive is damaged and makes a grinding sound when it operates. I was able to use Windows 10 tools to access some hard drive elements but cannot copy any files or I cannot install any new files onto the damaged disk. I cannot clone the old hard drive. I purchased a Samsung 1Tb 870 Evo SSD and using a 2.5: SATA hard drive to USB3.0 cable was able to format and partition the new Samsung 870 1T hard drive as an external hard drive with my other desktop. The question I have is how do I install Windows 10 OS onto the new Samsung 870 hard drive. I was able to create a Windows 10 USB rescue USB but I do not have the original Windows 10 installation software. These are the files on the Windows 10 USB drive
Volume in drive F is ESD-USB
Volume Serial Number is 68BC-805A

I have also downloaded and copied all the laptop hardware drives onto the USB drive.

Can I use the date on the USB drive to install the Windows10 OS and drivers onto the external hard drive before I remove and replace the old damaged hard drive from the ASUS laptop. Unsure of what path I take to install the hardware drivers and OS on the new Samsung hard drive. Any assistance would be appreciated.
