[SOLVED] How to reduce my gpu usage below 90%?

I have a Dell G7 which is running a Nvidia Gtx 1060 Max-Q, When i am running games like overwatch or even fifa for that matter, the temperatures are quickly rising to above 75 degrees, and when my gpu usage is going above 90% there is a huge frame rate drop and a stuttering lag in the gameplay, What can i do about this?

going over 90% usage is actually a good thing, but i do not know why the stuttering happens.

try downloading msi afterburner (or any gpu overclocking app)
and setting the max temprature to 75 degrees, see if that fixes the issue.
