How to register a rogers sim card

hey guys i just bought my third lg xenon and i was screwin around with the pin codes.. i ended up blocking the PUK code entry, from what i've read online i need to buy a new sim card. i was using the sim card from my previous xenon in the one i just bought, so i have another one.. i put it in but it still says insert sim card
what do i do! help me guys!

You need to call your service provider for assistance.
PUK requests are not allowed on the forum.
