Question How to reinstall the OS on my Kiano tablet ?

I have a Kiano Intelect 8 3G Tablet with Windows 8.1 or actually was with Windows 8.1 because it can't boot. I plugged keyboard into it but all that I could do was enter device settings. OS is probably damaged.
Can I reinstall the OS somehow?

Since that tablet has only one micro-USB port, i see no other way to install OS, as it was described there.

OK I've managed to install OS it works, but now problem is wifi card is not visible also volume with touching screen. How do I find missing drivers (in device manager a lot fo unknown device)?

I know nothing about this site so use with caution. I also had to use google translate to English.

It seems someone has a zip file there with drivers but again use caution.
