How to remove a BIOS password?

For some reason a laptop I have has started asking for a password every time I try and access the bios. I had no idea what the password was until I found a website that asks for the code the computer shows and then it gives you a code back. (https://bios-pw.org/).

So now I can enter the password and use the bios. But how can I remove the password all together? It says a supervisor password is set, but it was also grayed out and wouldn't let me change it to off or on.It never used to do this and it would be helpful if I could remove it.

It's an Acer e3-112 laptop.
