How to remove Backup and restore (windows 7)

Why would you want to remove that? What are you using for your backups? You can also use Windows 8's File History if you're not wanting to make Windows 7 style backups.

Just curious as to why this annoys you? There's probably a way to remove it, though it is a very good feature and really useful for making backups.
