How to remove notification for language in android??

I had android 4.3 , i cannot remove notification for google app which must download for language

I had tried clear cache and data in google apps but still appear in notification section

If it really bothered you, you could hold in on the notification and then click properties. From there you can disable notifications. If you want a more specific fix then you need to provide more information.
