My iPhone 5c is Taking So mUch Storage In Others ANd Documents Even It is Empty But Still Taking 1.6GB of Data How to get rid of this issue

Need some background here, what have you tried already? Did you uninstall all programs you don't use? Is this this including the operating system and built-in programs? You can always try a factory reset that will restore it to new state and you can install what you need on it then, that will make sure there is nothing left on there you don't need. Just make sure that you have your files and settings backed up including contacts.
