How to remove PCI wireless card antenna?

Ah! It's a TP-Link wireless card. I can't check the exact model because it's broken, which is why I need to replace it with my new one. But nearly all TP-Links likely use the same removal procedure, sorry that I can't provide more info.

Most TP Link PCI cards have the thick black plastic antennas, which you rotate (while holding the point nearest the base) to unscrew.

If it's a card with a cable running to a moveable antenna, just snip the wire if it's truly broken.

Why not just remove the card from the PCIe slot on your motherboard & remove it that way? The antennas should fit through the expansion slot...

I tried removing the PCI wireless card from the motherboard earlier, but it only came out on one side; the side nearest the antennae just stayed locked in place.

Snipping the wire would not help the problem, I don't see how that would help me remove the wireless card, when it's stuck in on the side nearest the antennae.

It's stuck into the PCI slot on the side nearest the antennae, only the other side of the card clicks up at all

One of the first things I checked for were either screws or latches, and neither I could find.
I don't know what to do anymore.

Any further suggestion before I just take it to my local PC place tomorrow?

Thank you for your willingness to help. Enclosed are images of my pci card and its port.

The screws along both sides cannot be accessed because they're covered by contents of the case. As you can see, an immovable grate (part of the case) covers the end to the screws you circled on the picture.

I can't quite see what you're trying to show in that picture..... The part of the case that sits over that screw appears to be a latch that should move up/down/out to allow you to access the screw.

If it wasn't meant to be accessible, that would be a rivet, not a screw.

I assure you, the screws are not accessible, I've been trying to find an access point to release the PCI card for hours: and the screws are covered by the case. The latch can only move once the PCI card is out... and you know the problem there.

Any more ideas?
