How to remove PCI wireless card antenna?

I can't remove the antenna from my PCI wireless card, and I need to do so to install my new one.

Ok, that latching mechanism isn't even present in their maual - fig 8.2:

I'd need some more pictures to get a better idea. Ideally where you can see the whole height of the expansion card, and see the top/latch of the expansion slots too (from the inside)

Under the grate, I have circled where 2 screws are covered by line gaps that are covered by plastic lines. Due to the plastic lines of the case covering the gaps, I cannot reach the screws with any screwdriver.

I fixed it, i removed the contents near the grate,so as not to damage anthing. Then I just pulled really hard on the grate so that it really hurt my hands, and then it shifted to the side enough for me unscrew the screws under. If I hadn't removed the contents near it, the grate may have damage something at the strength I was pulling it. NEVER BY A XIGMATEK ASGARD CASE!!! W-O-R-S-T. Thanks for the help everybody, I came up with this idea thanks to you all.
