Question How to remove printed characters from a new, replacement laptop screen?

I recently had to replace my laptop screen, I got a new screen from Amazon, everything went well, new screen works great, no dead pixels, no stuck pixels, 165hz IPS... But there's a printed GC (upside down) on the bottom left of the screen. How to I get it off of the screen? It's bothering me.

Is the writing actually on the backside of the panel rear and its showing through the backing layer ?

Not sure. This is the first time I've encountered this. When I had it apart, it didn't seem like it had a film on it, but it might. Lemme check...

hey , so i just changed my screen and i have the same issue. i asked the guy about it and he said that it was just a screen protector. But after reading this forum i kinda doubt it. So is it really just the screen protector or is it inside the screen?
