on this motherdoard there is a wifi card built-in but the is a plastic that prevents the user to remove or swap the wifi card

It's in a mini pci-e socket.
The plastic holder should come off when you remove the screw holding it and the card.
Remove the retaining screw. You should be able to remove the plastic cover and extract the WiFi card from the mini-PCIe slot.

They are not the same. Physically mini pic-e is wider 30mm vs m.2 which is 22mm.im just curious is mini pci-e same as m.2? they look the same to me at least
im asking because im might save money from buying an adapter
