How to Remove Win Xp Partition

Im using windows xp professional ..i just want installa a windows 7 but its not installed ..i have 40GB hard disk .im using single partition so how delete xp

Just use your Windows 7 installation disc and load Setup. When prompted on where to install, click on your hard disk, go to Advanced options and click Format. Also make sure that your BIOS allows you to boot straight to your CD/DVD before doing this.

If you want to keep your files, though, you should just upgrade rather than completely format.
