How to repair could not create direct3d device on xp

please help me, when i start play World Racing 2 on my screen is could not create Direct3D device,my pc AMD Athlon XP2600 ,MMX 2.1 GHZ,512 mb of RAm

Do you know what video card you are running?

It sounds like maybe your video card is not able to run the game.

How du you think is the GeForce4 Ti 4200 128MB videoard able to run that game? game settings Pentium 4 1.8 ghz,64 МБ, DirectX 9.0 ,video,256 ram
