Take it to your recycling center and buy a new one...

Bake it for 8 minutes at 380' F twice. Make sure to remove all heatsinks and as much plastic as easily possible. This worked for two of my video cards.

I am not responsible if you choose to pursue this fool-hearty method to repair your motherboard.
