Question How to reset bios on a88x pro mobo

I know this mobo is old but does anyone know how to reset bios on it. In the manual it says to use the jumper and cmos I have tried these things multiple times and have left the cmos battery out for almost a whole day before still doesn’t reset the bios password can anyone help.

Did you do it while disconnected from power ?

Firstly, disconnected from power.
Secondly, move the battery out
Thirdly, Press the start button several times.
Wait 15seconds.
And then connect the power and have a try

Okay I will try this and let you know if it works I haven’t tried clicking the power button a lot before
