turn off the computer and take a flat head screwdriver and touch the two pins together. this will short between the two pins and clear the cmos. If you have an old HDD laying around there might be a little jumper on a set of the pins you can also use one of those, you just have to remember to take it back off.
You wont have any issues using a screwdriver to short the pins.
page 1-28 in your manual explains how to do this and where the jumper pins are at. just touch something metal between the two pins for a few seconds, then boot the computer back up. should have a cleared cmos then.

Try unplugging the power cord and removing the CMOS battery for a minute.
I tried unplugging battery, but I still don't have display. I tried removing ram and placing it in different slots, I made sure all cords were plugged in properly, and tried changing the gpu slots on my gpu. Nothing is working.

Do you have an older card? Can you test the 750 TI in a friend's PC?
What ports using for connecting the monitor (VGA to VGA, DVI to DVI...?
I have tried using my GTX 750 Ti on another computer using VGA port
And it works perfectly fine.
And also VGA to VGA and I haven't tried a different card, justhe cause I'm sure the card works.
Then, for further troubleshooting, it would be good to connect a case speaker to the motherboard and start it with only CPU and CPU fan installed. If no beeps, you'd know that it's either a board or a CPU issue.
Reseating the CPU might also help.
