How to reset forgot password in acer aspire, started from user-A0722

i called the Acer support system due my acer aspire was not working. They stated you have to find your password first as they want to reboot my laptop. The only thing appear one my scrren now is "user-A0722" drop down Acer user or Other user and password, i have been trying several things but did not have luck with password...

Tom's does not help with passwords. We do not know if the PC is yours. Go thru the seller of the unit proving you own the PC

Then they should have continued to talk them back into fixing the system by explaining the password and where to enter it.

You can also pull the hard drive and connect it off line to another computer and use a password reset or bypasss app such as Konboot

Do you have another computer? and a USB drive? if so i can tell you how to make a yumi drive to use to reset the password or to even reset the drive
