How to reset it I cannot find the options

My laptop is stuck on black screen

Do you have a win 8 installer? If not, on another PC, download the Win 8 media creation tool and use it to create an installer on USB or DVD

Change boot order on laptop so its USB or DVD first, boot drive second
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose reset this PC

Before you reset, you might want to try troubleshoot/advanced/Automatic repair, it might fix the problem without needing a reset
