[SOLVED] How to reset mouse settings?

I did something in the control panel mouse settings and the mouse pointer seems to have the hourglass icon when loading anything. Like that windows 7 loading hourglass
I want it to get back to the windows 10 round blue loading animation. What should I click?

Also, the mouse pointer seems to be different too.

Click the dropdown where it says Scheme and just choose Windows Default. Then OK
