how to reset your Cisco DPC3825 DOCSIS 3.0 Gateway username and password if you changed it to something else

can anyone help me. a while ago i changed my username password when i logged in to my account. then after a while i forgot my password and user name so i tried every thing and its not working please help

Hold the reset button until it factory resets and start from the beginning again not much other choice.
