How to restore AN ACCOUNT

hello pls help me..how to restore my account..suspicious account access..someone used my account without my permission..pls.help me thanks

Login as "Administrator", go to control panel-user accounts, pick your account and change password, restore Type if changed. Make sure password Never Expires is checked. Login to your account with your new password. Some damage can be recovered some cannot, check trash bin for files to be restored.
