Question How to restore chrome tabs

I left my laptop (WIndows 10) alone for a couple of hours and while I was gone, it apparently did an update or something. I've lost all of my Chrome tabs, or whatever they're called. Looks like I can manually restore them, but one at a time. I have a LOT of tabs. I tried selecting the important ones, but can't find a way to restore them in one fell swoop. It there any way to do that? I don't need to get all of the tabs -- I'm fine with just picking out the most important ones -- but doing them one at a time will take forever. (I have cognitive impairment, so I'd be very grateful for simple instructions that don't presume I know what the hell I'm doing.) Thanks.

Pressing ctrl+shift+t brings back up tabs you closed. If the entire session with a lot more tabs than 1 closed, tapping the command prior, will bring back the entire browsing session.
