How to run 30Hz Progressive?

I'm trying to change my display (temporarily for a 30fps game) to 30Hz Progressive, but the only option in my settings is 30hz interlaced (which looks awful, and for good reason) and I tried making a resolution in the NVIDIA control panel, but it said "out of range" when I used 30Hz progressive. How can I achieve my preferred refresh rate? Thanks!

By the way, I'm using the latest version of Windows 10

You can't. Your monitor will not handle it. Set it for 60Hz and the game will run fine and look fine.
