Windows x64 will also run 32 bit applications. Are you having an issue with a specific program or is this a general question?

W7 64bit had folder C:\Program Files (x86) that for all install soft 32bit

The different program file folders are only for organization. You can run 64 bit in the x86 and 32 in the 64, you don't even need them in those folders.

There is nothing special you have to do to run 32 bit software. You run it like any other software. Could you be more specific on what error you are getting and what software it is?
