[SOLVED] How to run Flash Player "apps" in Windows 11 ?

I have an app I installed from a disk called Robotic Arm Edge. It's to use this robotic arm from owi using a USB connection with your computer. When I install it, another window also appears, that says Adobe Flash Player is already built into Internet Explorer (which has been removed from Windows 11). When I run the program, it shows an error:
Component 'Flash32_20_0_0_267.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
How do I get this to work? I've tried installing Windows XP in a Virtual Box, but I haven't gotten the installer to boot yet ¯\(ツ)/¯
