^ Hello everyone, I really need a way to RUN 2 windows that run at the same time and at the same PC !

it would be better to run it on 2 different Monitors !

This Video by linusmediagroup shows you how to do just that, though you do need 3 different GPUs (2+intigrated graphics if your CPUs has a built in GPU).
