How to Secure specific Folder in WIndows XP Home

Good Day!

I have one PC with Windows XP Home OS which is commonly used by 3 users. And
they want to protect their folder or document. Is there a way on how to
protect specific folder from other users using windows xp home?

No, not without 3rd party programs.
Instead create a profile for each user:
