how to set installation path for programs to different drive

How do you install a program that when it is in default will install itself to a drive you don't want it to be in and is not given an option for a different path?

Example: I am trying to install a program from Razer to my HDD that is called Synapse 2.0, but for some reason it is not giving me an option to install it to a specific path(My HDD), instead it goes and install itself on my SSD(my OS is installed here).

You can created a junction to move the folder and trick it into thinking its on the SSD.
