how to set ram frequency at 3200Mhz

I have a single module Crucial Ballistix Elite 8GB 3200Mhz whic currently is running at 2133Mhz I tried wnabling A-XMP on MSI B350 Motherboard But system got stuck on a boot cycle (what should I do when system goes to a boot cycle??)

So , My question is how can I set the ram frequency on 3200Mhz (which should have worked without a hitch with a-xmp but didn't)
Motherboard i'm using is b350 Gaming Plus

Reset CMOS to get back to base RAM speed. Then try setting correct values manually (speed, latency, voltage). Check CPU-Z what settings you should use. If that's not working, try relaxing latencies a bit or increasing voltage. Considering how Ryzen boards are sensitive to RAM, you may not be able to reach that 3200, you may be forced to go down with speed to 2933 or even 2666.
