How to set up QOS?

Hey there, so i've gotten to my QOS page, and I am met with this:

How do I force the internet to give me 5mb/s down and 2 up at all times (If this is possible)? I know there are 8 bits in a byte therefore it would be 50 mbits or 52428800 bits.

Just tell me what to fill in. Sorry I'm a noob haha

QOS will not force the internet to give you faster speed. QOS is to limit the max speed of anyone device on the network so it cannot use all the internet speed. it is really used to make sure all users have the same rights to the bandwidth, so that more critical but short burst of data get treated just as fast as long streams of data for the better of everyone on the network.

Hi there, sorry for me not understanding this. Is there any way I can make the internet give me a higher bandwidth? My mother keeps sucking up all the internet streaming 4K videos and it seriously annoys me when I'm doing anything and I suddenly get 4Mbits per second.

QoS high priority the apps that you will be using and give lower priority on the ones she uses.
