how to setup a Cyber?

hi, i decided i'm going to make a cyber, i'm considering something like 10-15 PC's for internet and gaming, i already have a DSL line 1024kb/s so i think it's enough, i want to know how the server is setup and what kind of software is used and the best way to connect the copmuters for top speed?
