how to share a 5590 scanner in windows 2003 server

Just make a shared folder that everyone can access and have the scanner scan to that directory.

You could also right-click the device -> properties -> Share Tab and enable sharing.

(Also, I have no idea what a 5590 is. Is it a Dell, HP, Konica Minolta, Cannon, etc.? There could be a far better solution depending on the make/model)
