I once saw a device, it comes in a pair, and you can plug it in the outlet in one room, and the other device in the other room the same way, and then plug the internet cable from the router to the device, and then through the electricity to the other device and then to the computer. If somebody understands, can you tell me what it's called and how much does it cost, or if i am being wrong of how it works? Thanks in advance, and sorry for my english mistakes.

Yes the devices are called power line adapters.

Depending on what speed you require for a power line adapter network setup.
The faster the speed in Mbps the more you will pay for the adapters.

A starter kit normally comes with two adapters, one that you connect to the router and with a ethernet cable to a wall socket.

The other power line adapter may be placed in any room, on any floor of the house to another wall socket with a ethernet cable attached to the power line adapter and the ethernet port of the destination computer.

Prices can start as low as £40 to £45 for a powerline kit of two devices with a reasonable Mbps speed.
And as said will work there way up in price the faster they perform in Mbps over your mains wiring ring main.

Each single adapter to add to the network based on how many computers you wish to add by average £20 each.

I have included a link to a page that sells power line adapters at various prices based on the speed they run bellow, click on the link to view Coacar98.

Powerline adapters, just note that performance is going to be largely affected by the wiring in your house/apartment so if you have really fast internet you may not get full download speed, but if you just need a reliable connection that is fast enough powerline adapters are great.
