How to share original DVD game with a friend

I want to buy rise of the tomb raider and the division game in DVDs and want to share both the game with my friend to play online multiplayer with him. Please tell me how can i share these game with my friend he can't afford these game so i am buying and want to share with him. Please help us guys i will be very greatful, thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english. 😀

You can't. The game can only run on 1 system at a time.

Can i activate it to steam library and share it to my friend with family share ? Or i activate it to my id and play till end then i give the id to my friend and then he can play ?. Or is there is any way to share or atleast we both can play in different timings. Sorry for my english .

Youd still only be able to run it on 1 system at a time so you wouldn't be able to play your freind online.

Different timings, yes but it is at the level of steam and not the game.

So if I share the division with my son on steam (perfectly legitimate) I can't access steam properly (for any other games) if he is playing that game.

You can share a game, but only one of you can play it at a time. If you and your friend want to play the same game at the same time, you'll both need your own copy.

If you both lead a similar lifestyle, i.e. school or work at the same time, then chances are you want to game at the same time... so yes it's not ideal, as you lose access to a lot, especially if you are in different buildings so you can't just ask the friend to stop.

He will need to buy his own licensed copy of the games for you both to be able to play together.

You can't run the same game on two different systems at the same time.

Worse, you can't use it to play different games from the same library at the same time.
