[SOLVED] How to solve my bottleneck problems in BF1?

My rig: i5 4690, GTX1070, 16gb @ 1600mhz

CPU at 100% all the time resulting awful FPS!

How do I fix this?

There is absolutely nothing I can do?
I don't have money right now to upgrade my cpu 🙁

I agree with bignastyid. BF1 is very cpu intensive and gets worse with higher fps and even newer i5s and i7s are getting pushed around.

Maybe try reduce your frame rate and try not have too many background running processes going. Or if you need some of these apps running (ie Discord, Afterburner or Geforce Experience) try move those applications to the last core if possible (haven't tried this) by using affinity (in Task manager) to try free up the primary core a bit. Background running apps mostly consume the first core so it might benefit you by moving those apps away from it.

I tried many things, i'll see if without the prerendered thing off really works.

There are youtube videos as well. Search Windows 10 affinity. Win7 / 8 can do the same thing.

Can limit your fps using msi afterburner. There are youtube videos on this too.

Boju, another question: my i5 should be using 3.9 ghz, but underload never go above 3.7.
I checked my BIOS and everything is on 39.

3.9 when only one core is used. All cores boost to 3.7. cpu is operating correctly.
