I agree with bignastyid. BF1 is very cpu intensive and gets worse with higher fps and even newer i5s and i7s are getting pushed around.

Maybe try reduce your frame rate and try not have too many background running processes going. Or if you need some of these apps running (ie Discord, Afterburner or Geforce Experience) try move those applications to the last core if possible (haven't tried this) by using affinity (in Task manager) to try free up the primary core a bit. Background running apps mostly consume the first core so it might benefit you by moving those apps away from it.
