Question How to Solve RGB Header Shortage?

In tying down cables to clean up my recent build, I pulled too hard on an RGB cable and pulled the cable out of the RGB header, bending the pins. I've been unsuccessful in straightening the header pins accurately enough to accept the cable. This leaves me with one RGB header less than I need. So, I'm trying to determine whether I need to add a controller or whether I can plug six(!) fan LED cables into one header. Follow on question if I need a controller: the case is a Fractal Design Pop Air XL, and it has a button on top that allows the user to control the color scheme of the front fans using that button; if I use a controller, am I correct the front fan RGB control button on the case will be defeated?

Details:

My ASRock Z790 Taichi Lite has three RGB headers. I have three items in the case needing an RGB header:
1) the pump of the EK-Nucleus 360 water pump;
2) the Fractal Pop Air XL's three front fants (which are daisy chained per manufacturer instructions);
3) the three fans attached to the Nucleus radiator (again, daisy chained per manufacturer instructions).

The pump is plugged in to the nearby RGB header. That leaves six fans for one header.

I suppose my last question is, "Is a controller more hassle than it's worth?" I have a clear glass side panel, and I will occasionally admire the pretty lights, but I don't plan to show off my build to anyone.
Many thanks in advance for your advice!

many LED hubs will work as intended and offer up to 6 or 8 additional LED headers.
but other low quality options can lead to issues with color syncing and many others.

splitters for the header can also work fine if the header can handle the extra power needed.
i would try a dual cable splitter for this single header and see if that turns out to be all you need.

as long as the hub's LED input is the case control cable then it will have the same control over all devices using the hub.

you will just be plugging the case's control cable to this new hub instead of wherever it leads to now.
but then whatever it is controlling now will also need to be plugged into the hub to also make use of the case button.
