how to solve the issue in games for windows icon wont pop up in game and not able to save progrees of game

Hi,

I have purchased Grand theft auto 4 dvd disk and install my dell inspirion 15r laptop unfortunately the game is not working becouse games for windows wont pop up or when i trying sign in its but stiil its not working my system fact are windows 8.1 embedded 64 bit version 4 Gb of ram , harddisk 500 gb and amd radeon 2 gb deticated plz find a solution for this issue

Install GFWL from microsoft page go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=98609 and reinstall the game.
