Question How to solve "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired" stuck option ?

I reset my windows 11 and after trying to install again i'm having the error below:

I can't do anything after that screen, my SSD is empty and i'm trying to boot Windows 11, I tried Windows 10 too.

what type of reset? full or keep files/settings?

If full, I would do a clean install. Resets can break, sounds like its done it to you.

on another pc, either download media creation tool (2nd link) or ISO (3rd link) and use it to make a Win 11 installer on USB - https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows11

I'm doing the full reset, and tried the win10, win11 and popOS, but after my pc is turn on I get to that screen and doesn't have any other option, my SSD drive is already empty so I don't know why I can't start a new reset.
