Please can anyone help me i getting bsod errors after changing my cpu, previously I have a Pentium g40t which is running fine but slow I decided to buy i7 3770 for my zebronics h61 1155 motherboard after installing i7 3770 I'm getting every bsod error on launching a game or using chrome, installing a software and now it's on loop, even after updating my window I'm still getting bsod errors, Also my pc is working fine on safe mode. I literally did all the solution that exists on YouTube like sfc scannow, memory diagnostic, chkdsk, dism/sfc. Idk do I need to update my bios ? If yes then tell me how because I can't find any bios file on zebronics website 😭,

so if anyone know the solution please help me out please, I am trying to solve this issue since 20 days

Solution
max temp CPU can run is 105 but it generally helps to stay below it, and it makes room cooler too.
Helps to clean dust off fans as that can help reduce temps/noise - I been meaning to do it here.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

Hi, I ran the dump files through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/usLb8rn4/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.

Bugcheck:SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B)

thats unusual. 1st BSOD caused by Bitdefender.
Active threat Control. Makes me wonder if its a virus, i would run this as a 2nd opinion to Bitdefender - https://www.hitmanpro.com/en-us
Try repairing Bitdefender - https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13429/

crash 2 mentions netio.sys & tcpip.sys, both are files used by windows to talk to LAN drivers
update your lan drivers
May 24 2019rt640x64.sysRealtek NICDRV 8169 PCIe GBE Family Controller driver https://www.realtek.com/en/
Download Win10 Auto Installation Program (NDIS) from under windows header here - https://www.realtek.com/en/componen...0-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software

if you stuck in safe mode, uninstall lan drivers there
Download the lan drivers on another PC, copy them onto a USB and
once in normal mode, install them from USB

You don't need this
Dec 19 2018idmwfp.sysInternet Download Manager WFP driver (Tonec Inc.)

I assume you been using the 2 sticks of ram like that for ages?

Thank you so much colif, I did what you said now I'm not getting any bsod error It was bitdefender that causing the bsod error and some software. I uninstalled them.
I just need 1 more help, My processor speed is getting slow on using any program I have i7 3770 which have 3.40Ghz base frequency but it goes to 1-0.60ghz on gaming or anything.. I have disabled turbo mode in bios because when I enabled I'm getting driver irql error.. I tried to set minimum the minimum processor state to 90% but it doesn't help, utilisation goes to 90%+ up so reset it..
So can you tell me how can I solve this 🥲
Edit: also my cpu temps are goes to 90c when i open any program.

gardenman should get a notification to check post. if he doesn't answer in next 24 hours I will chase him :)

how long have you used both sticks of ram together?

driver irq error possibly means its a driver.

i wonder where you get drivers from - https://zebronics.com/products/zeb-h61-socket-1155

you probably don't want these -
Jun 19 2012IntcDAud.sysIntel Display Audio Driver http://www.intel.com/

the only drivers I can find for this board are LAN and Graphics drivers, and the newest is windows 8. https://zebronics.com/pages/drivers
you might have been better off using Win 7 as more likely to find drivers that work with it.

thank you so much colif i uninstalled intel audio driver now i'm not getting any bsod error also that cpu speed drops was happening because of the cpu temp getting high like 95c+ so I adjust the cpu cooler now its normal. once again thank you so much you too gardenmen
