Question How to stop my mouse right clicking when dropped a tiny bit?

Try using soft material/silicone mouse pad.
If that doesn't help, then replace the mouse.

BTW - normal mouse use should not include dropping it.
Have never seen anyone doing that.

Edit: Perhaps mouse sensitivity is configured too low and should be increased.

my mouse is the endgame gear op1we
That's not a "tiny bit" more like abuse. Buttons on most mice work thru micro switches and it's possible right click switch lost it's springiness. If handy with tools and soldering it's possible to change it but new mouse is in order.
