Hello guys!
I am currently using Windows Vista Home Basic.
On that PC there are 2 ADMIN accounts. One of my friend and one is mine.
I have very important information about work on that PC.And my friend is a complete prank player.
He once in a blue moon deletes my account from his admin account.

So is there a way to stop someone from deleting my password protected admin account from their admin account on the same PC?

Solution
An administrator account is one that has full control of the system... so short answer: no

Long answer: take away their admin rights, then they can't screw with your stuff. Also (and this should be done anyways), be sure to back up all of your data to at least 2 locations other than the device you are using. Typically this means having some sort of cloud based storage that backs up your files (skydrive, google drive, carbonite, etc.), and then having some sort of external USB drive that you back up your files to on a weekly basis (and is hidden from your friend).

Really long answer: Who the hell would put up with that kind of crap!?!?!?!? If someone who lived with me deleted my crap then there would be no end of hell to pay...

Deleting a person's user files is not a 'prank' unless they also backed up your stuff for you so that you don't loose anything. Deleting files is an act of war. At the very least you should be burning their dinner, putting red die in all of their their laundry, hiding dead fish in their room, and pouring buckets of ice water on them every night. But really it is time to move out or find better friends to room with. Deleting user accounts can cost you a job or interview. Hell, if they do it during finals week then it can be the difference between graduating, or having to spend thousands of extra dollars to retake classes that you end up failing. Declare war so that they know not to mess with you, or leave. I am all for good pranks, and have been on both the receiving and giving end of many in my life, but you never do crap that can potentially screw up someone's life. That's just not cool.

Solution
With me, that would happen exactly once, not 'once in a blue moon'. There is no possible way that it would continue. That is not a 'prank'.

(Actually, with me it would happen exactly zero, because he wouldn't have an admin password in the first place.)
